I'm Lance, born and raised in North Carolina and I've lived all over our beautiful state at some point in my life. I call Winston-Salem and the Triad home now, but I grew up in northeastern North Carolina.

The best part about my life is my family. My kids are Kynlee (15), Avett (13), and Oliver (3), and my beautiful wife, Courtney.

I've been involved in the real estate industry for years now -- and first worked as a licensed agent/realtor for Adams Carolinas Realty.

I take great pride in my ability to communicate with and serve my clients in the best way possible, and I love representing both buyers and sellers with the utmost care and diligence. I negotiate hard -- for my buyer clients I work to get the best deal/price possible on the home they want, and I work for my sellers to get top dollar on the homes they list with us.
