I’m Lance, born and raised in North Carolina, and at some point I’ve lived in nearly every region of this beautiful state. Today, I proudly call Winston-Salem and the Triad home, though my roots are in eastern North Carolina. The greatest joy in my life is my family—my wife, Courtney, and our three amazing kids: Kynlee, Avett, and Oliver.

I began my career as a Realtor with a boutique firm in Winston-Salem and now serve as the owner and head broker of Oak & Elm Realty Group. With years of experience in the real estate industry, I take great pride in delivering clear communication, dedicated service, and unwavering commitment to my clients.

Whether representing buyers or sellers, I approach every transaction with care and diligence.
