Our firm offers its agents 100% commission. We'd elaborate further, but it really doesn't get much simpler than this: we do not take a commission split. You earned it, so it is yours! A one-time setup fee is due at joining O&E of $200, or $250 paid over 2 months.

You pay a $150 transaction fee for each side of the transaction you are involved (if you only represent the buyer or seller, you pay $150; if you represent both in dual agency, you pay $300). This is for us to provide backend support and compliance review.

You pay $150 per month for our software and tools (your E&O insurance is covered, too). The only additional cost would be your association dues you have each year, your MLS dues, and any marketing you intend to do outside of what is provided by O&E.
